Nattō, fermented soy beans, has powerful smell, strong flavour and slimy texture. Some people don’t enjoy Nattō on freshly cooked rice. How about with spaghetti? This is quite popular in Japan. I love it. Easy to prepare super-nutritious food!!!

Ingredients

Nattō in polystyrene containers 1 to 2 *usually ‘Tare’ sauce and mustard sauce are included
Spring Onion *finely chopped
Spaghetti

Method

1. Cook Spaghetti.
2. Mix Nattō with sauces and finely chopped Spring Onion.
3. Place Nattō mixture on top of the Spaghetti, and enjoy!
