Seafood with Garlic & Soy Sauce goes so well with pasta. This ‘Seafood Spaghetti Garlic Soy Sauce’ is very popular in Japan and it is so easy and quick to prepare. A perfect dinner for busy families.

Spaghetti 300 to 400g
Seafood Mix (Marinara Mix) 500g
Oil 2 to 3 tablespoons *Olive Oil recommended
Garlic 2 cloves *roughly chopped
Chilli as required
Spring Onion 2 to 3 *finely chopped
Soy Sauce 2 to 3 tablespoons


1. Cook Spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions.
2. Heat olive oil in a large frypan and cook Garlic and Chilli until aromatic. Then add Seafood Mix and cook until cooked through. It won’t take long.
3. Add Soy Sauce, then add cooked Spaghetti and mix well.
4. Sprinkle some Spring Onions and serve.
