It is ‘Spaghetti Napolitan’ and is not miss-spelled. It sounds like ‘Spaghetti Napolitana’ but it is different. Actually it is a Japanese dish. ‘Spaghetti Napolitan’ is a dish of cooked spaghetti pan-fried with vegetables and seasoned with KETCHUP!!! I always add Tabasco as well.
‘Spaghetti Napolitan’ used to be a very popular in Japan when I was young. It was often served at old-fashioned coffee shops in any town. It was also a popular menu for school lunch.
