Is your friend visiting you for dinner? Are you thinking of a dessert? This dessert is super easy to make. It is basically a soft version of White Chocolate Ganache. I strongly recommend to add some Berries, fresh or frozen, as a topping. Berries are much better than sugary fruit sauce as this mousse is very sweet.

Makes

2 to 3 Servings

Ingredients

90g White Chocolate *coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons Thickened Cream
100ml Thickened Cream *whipped
Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, etc.

Method
  1. Whip 100ml Thickened Cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Place chopped White Chocolate and 2 tablespoons Cream in a heatproof bowl. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute, then extra time as required, until softly melted. *Alternatively you can place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and melt the Chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add some whipped Cream to the melted White Chocolate and mix well, then add the melted White Chocolate mixture to the whipped Cream and mix to combine.
  4. Pour in the serving glasses and chill in the fridge. Before you serve, place some Berries on top. Today I added frozen (half-thawed) Raspberries and Blueberries.
