Here is another super easy and very nutritious dish for you to try. Even if your are a very beginner cook, you can cook Spaghetti. While you are cooking Spaghetti, make the Tuna and Avocado mixture, then mix it with cooked Spaghetti. That’s it! Easy, isn’t it?
Canned Tuna in Brine/Water 1 *about 100g, drained
Avocado 1/4 to 1/2
Japanese Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Wasabi 1 teaspoon
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Spring Onion 1/2 *finely chopped
Nori 1/2 sheet *thinly cut into strips
Spaghetti 1 serving
Cook Spaghetti in a saucepan of salted boiling water as instructed.
Cut Avocado into small cubes and place in a bowl. Add drained Canned Tuna, Japanese Mayonnaise, Wasabi and Soy Sauce, then mix to combine.
When the Spaghetti are cooked, drain and place in a deep plate. Cover with the Tuna & Avocado mixture or mix all together. Place Spring Onion and Nori on top and enjoy.
