‘Ponzu’ is a Japanese citrus-based sauce. It is made with Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar and juice of citrus fruit such as Yuzu. ‘Katsuobushi’ (Bonito Flakes) and Kelp are also used, so ‘Ponzu’ is full of ‘Umami’.
