You don’t need Chocolate to make this Chocolate Custard. It is made with Custard Powder and Cocoa Powder. Egg is NOT used. If you use plant-based Milk, it can be Vegan. I believe it is delicious as Chocolate Mousse OR Chocolate Bavarois. And it is absolutely easy to make. Custard Powder is a mixture of Starch, Sugar, Colours and Flavours. I used Foster Clark’s Custard Powder.
Makes
2 Servings
