
You don’t need a blender or liquidiser to make this drink. Just place all ingredients into a large glass, seal it with plastic wrap, secure with your hand, then shake it well until Matcha powder is well dissolved. I use a plastic cup that has a lid. Add Ice Cream or Whipped Cream on top if you like, and enjoy it. This is a great summer drink!

1 cup Milk about
2 to 3 teaspoons Matcha Powder *2 teaspoons for mild Matcha flavour
Vanilla Extract a few drops *optional
1 tablespoon Condensed Milk OR 2 teaspoons Caster Sugar
2 to 3 Ice Cubes
Vanilla Ice Cream OR Whipped Cream for topping *optional
Method
- Place all ingredients into a large glass, seal it with plastic wrap, secure with your hand, then shake it well until Matcha Powder is well dissolved.
- Add Vanilla Ice Cream OR Whipped Cream on top, and enjoy.
