Today I want to share this quick & easy snack recipe. When I know I have Fish Balls in the freezer, I often crave this. Not a fancy snack, but I believe it is yummy. Whenever I crave it, it takes less than 5 minutes to make it using frozen Fish Balls. You want to try it, don’t you?

Makes

1 Serving

Ingredients

8 Fish Balls *You can use frozen ones
1/2 teaspoon Oil
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder *OR some grated Garlic
1/2 cup Chicken Stock *OR 1/2 cup Water & 1/2 teaspoon Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Potato Starch OR Corn Starch *mixed with 1 teaspoon Water

Method
  1. Heat Oil in a small saucepan OR small frying pan, add Fish Balls and stir for a minute. You can add frozen Fish Balls.
  2. Add Curry Powder and stir, then add Garlic, Chicken Stock, Sugar and Soy Sauce. Stir and cook for a few minutes, occasionally tossing.
  3. Mix Potato Starch and Water, and gradually add the mixture to the Curry sauce, constantly stirring. You don’t need to add all of it. When the sauce thickens, it’s done. Enjoy!
