This is an extremely simple yet absolutely delicious tofu salad. If you like tofu, please try this dish. Healthy, nutritious, cheap, yummy, and what else do you want? The spring onion mixture can be mixed with tofu of medium firmness or it can be enjoyed as a topping with very soft silky tofu.
400 to 500g Tofu *’Momen’ OR medium firm type recommended
3 to 4 Spring Onions *finely chopped
1 to 2 cloves Garlic *grated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 to 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Place Tofu on slightly tilted cutting board or plate for a while to remove excess water. Cut into 2 to 3cm cubes.
- Place finely chopped Spring Onions, Garlic, Salt and Sesame Oil in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add Tofu to the Spring Onion mixture and gently combine. Sprinkle with Toasted Sesame Seeds.
- *Note: This Spring Onion mixture can be enjoyed as a topping with very soft silky tofu.
