
On a very hot day OR when you are too tired, you don’t want to cook anything, do you? If you have an energy to cook Spaghetti at least, try this dish. Apart from Spaghetti, you don’t need to cook anything. Spaghetti can be substituted with Udon OR Ramen Noodles.

Ingredients
1 serving Spaghetti
Salt for cooking Spaghetti
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso)
1 can (*125g) Mackerel in Brine *drained, broken into bite-size pieces
2 to 3 tablespoonfuls Kimchi with juice *cut into the size that is easy to eat if large
Finely chopped Spring Onion
Method
- Cook Spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instruction on the package.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Soy Sauce, Sugar, Sesame Oil and Gochujang (Korean Spicy Miso). Add drained Mackerel and mix to combine, then add Kimchi.
- Drain the cooked Spaghetti, add to the bowl, and mix to combine. Sprinkle with some finely chopped Spring Onion and enjoy.
