
I made ‘Corn Starch Matcha Milk Jelly’ the other day. I wanted to eat it with Matcha Syrup, but I didn’t bother making it, then I was just about pour Condensed Milk instead over the jelly. Then this idea hit me. Why don’t I add Matcha Powder to the Condensed Milk? So I did. It’s a super quick and easy Matcha flavoured sauce.
Makes
2 to 3 Servings
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Condensed Milk
1/2 teaspoon Matcha Powder *plus extra
Milk *only if needed
Method
- Combine Condensed Milk and 1/2 teaspoon Matcha Powder in a small bowl. Taste it, and add extra Matcha Powder if required.
- *Note: It the mixture is too thick, add a small amount of Milk, and mix well.
