I learned how to make Iced Tea from a song in a TV ad. It was decades ago and I still can sing it. The lyrics were in Japanese and the song goes like this. ♫ To make iced tea, make the tea stronger with less hot water, add sugar, place plenty of ice cubes in a glass, and pour the hot tea. (Tea maker’s name follows.) ♫ Thanks to this song, I am still making Iced Tea in this way.

Ingredients

Tea Bags OR Tea Leaves
How Water
Sugar
Ice Cubes

Method
  1. Make strong tea with less hot water than normal, and add sugar to suit your taste.
  2. Place plenty of Ice Cubes in a glass and pour the Tea that is still hot.
  3. *Note: You may wish to add a slice of Lemon OR Milk, etc.
