It is easy to add such a simple yet good-for-health dish to your meal. If you like Wasabi, mix small amount of Wasabi with the Soy Sauce for an extra flavour.

Momen or Silken Tofu (Soft Type) 1
Avocado 1
Soy Sauce
Wasabi *optional
Method
- Cut Tofu and Avocado into chunky size and combine.
- Drizzle Soy Sauce or Wasabi Soy Sauce over. *Mentsuyu and Garlic Soy Sauce are nice as well.
