Ingredients

1/6 to 1/4 Cabbage *about 300g, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Creamy Sesame Dressing
2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds *lightly ground
3 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce

Method
  1. Place thinly sliced Cabbage in a mixing bowl. Add Salt, mix to combine, and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Squeeze Cabbage and remove excess liquid if there is any. Combine all the Creamy Sesame Dressing ingredients, add to the Cabbage, and mix to combine.
