Ingredients
1/6 to 1/4 Cabbage *about 300g, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Creamy Sesame Dressing
2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds *lightly ground
3 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Rice Vinegar
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
Method
- Place thinly sliced Cabbage in a mixing bowl. Add Salt, mix to combine, and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Squeeze Cabbage and remove excess liquid if there is any. Combine all the Creamy Sesame Dressing ingredients, add to the Cabbage, and mix to combine.
