Ingredients

Frozen Potato Chips OR Potatoes
Oil for frying if you make Chips from scratch
Fine Salt
Aonori (Dried Green Laver Flakes)

Method
  1. Make Potato Chips. Today I used Frozen Potato Chips and baked in the oven at 230℃ for 20 minutes. Cook Frozen Potato Chips according to the instruction.
  2. Naturally you can fry Potato sticks in the oil.
  3. Season with Fine Salt and Aonori (Dried Green Laver Flakes). Enjoy while Chips are hot.
