Frozen Potato Chips OR Potatoes
Oil for frying if you make Chips from scratch
Fine Salt
Aonori (Dried Green Laver Flakes)
Method
- Make Potato Chips. Today I used Frozen Potato Chips and baked in the oven at 230℃ for 20 minutes. Cook Frozen Potato Chips according to the instruction.
- Naturally you can fry Potato sticks in the oil.
- Season with Fine Salt and Aonori (Dried Green Laver Flakes). Enjoy while Chips are hot.
