I usually eat English Muffins with Butter and Marmalade after toasting them. Today I made them into Mini Pizzas as I often do with sliced Bread. The texture of the English Muffins is very suitable for Pizza. I decided to share this great idea, then I discovered many people are already making English Muffin Pizza. If you don’t know this idea, you may wish to try it.
Ingredients
English Muffin(s)
Pizza Sauce *OR Tomato Paste, Psssata, etc.
Your Favourite Topping *Today I used Kransky Sausage
Pizza Cheese *I used shredded Mozzarella
Method
- Cut English Muffin(s) in half, place on a baking tray with the cut side facing up.
- Spread Pizza Sauce, arrange your favourite topping(s), and cover with shredded Pizza Cheese.
- Bake in a hot oven until nicely browned. *Note: I baked these four pieces in a mini toaster oven.
