When I was sick in bed last week, my husband bought Pizzas for dinner. One of them was BBQ Chicken Pizza which base sauce was BBQ sauce. I ate one slice of it and hit on an idea to use up the Hoisin Sauce that had been sitting in the fridge for ages. I had never though of using it for Pizza, but I tried it. Oh Boy! This is good!
Makes
1 Pizza
Ingredients
1 Pizza Base *I used 28cm base
200g Cooked Chicken Breast *cut into small thin pieces
Salt *optional
1/4 Onion *thinly sliced
Green Chilli OR Green Capsicum *I used 1 Jalapeño.
100g Mozzarella Cheese OR Pizza Mix *shredded or torn into small pieces
Sauce
2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
1 teaspoon Sriracha *OR some Chilli paste
