Mix Nattō with refreshing vegetables. ‘Crunchy Nattō Rice Bowl’ is a good dish to try. This is another good one. Mix Nattō with Pork Mince. Chicken Mince is also good.

100g Pork Mince *OR Chicken Mince
1 teaspoon Oil *I used Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoon grated Ginger *OR Garlic
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 container Nattō *sauce and mustard are included
1 serving warm Cooked Rice
1/2 Spring Onion *finely chopped
Method
- Heat Oil in a small frying pan over medium heat, cook Pork Mince (OR Chicken Mince) and Ginger (OR Garlic), and season with Soy Sauce and Sugar.
- Mix Nattō with the sauce and mustard that are most likely included in the container. Combine the cooked Pork Mince, Spring Onion and the seasoned Nattō.
- Half fill a bowl with warm Cooked Rice and cover it with the mixture, and enjoy.
