I make this Garlic Butter to make Garlic Bread. I spread it on just one side of crusty bread slices, then toast them in my mini toaster oven. My family members almost certainly appear in the kitchen, looking quite excited as they know what I am cooking, then they would look into the toaster oven just to make sure if they are right. Garlic Bread is such a thing.
Enough for 4 Servings
60g Salted Butter OR Margarine *softened
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1 teaspoon Dry Mixed Herbs
1 tablespoon finely chopped Parsley
- Just combine all ingredients well.
- *Note: Leftover can last in the fridge for a few weeks.
