You can create a variety of delicious and nutritious meals with just 1 small can of Sardines. I like rice bowls as I almost always have Cooked Rice. This is another very quick and easy recipe. Today I used Sardines in Olive Oil. I hate to let Oil in the can go into the drain. I used the Oil as well. If you use Sardines in Springwater, just add some Olive Oil.

2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
1 serving warm Cooked Rice

Finely chopped Spring Onion
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) OR Ground Chilli *optional
