I don’t eat Aioli very often. Whenever I want to serve it, I quickly make this cheater’s version. It tastes good anyway. Today I enjoyed it with hot Chips. It is yummy with fried Seafood, grilled Chicken, OR steamed Vegetables. It can be used to make Potato Salad OR as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Mayonnaise *I used Japanese Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic *grated
1/8 teaspoon Salt *alter the amount to suit your taste
1 to 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
Ground Black Pepper

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients. Enjoy with Chips, Vegetable Sticks, etc.
