‘Goma-ae’ is a very popular Japanese dish and it is made with a sweet sauce made with ground ‘Goma’ (Sesame Seeds). There are some variations. When ‘Kurumi’ (Walnuts) are used instead of Sesame Seeds, the dish is called ‘Kurumi-ae’. When Peanuts are used, the dish is called ‘Peanuts-ae’. These sauces are really yummy and they go so well with many vegetables.
