I like ‘Takikomigohan’, a dish of Rice that is cooked with other ingredients and all seasoning. I particularly love ‘Takikomigohan’ that is seasoned with Soy Sauce, and I sometimes crave it. When I don’t want to bother preparing other ingredients, I cook this ‘Soy Sauce Rice’. It’s just Rice, but cooked in Dashi Stock seasoned with Soy Sauce. DO NOT underestimate it. It is yummy and perfect for Onigiri.
