Garlic, Chilli, Herbs or Citrus infused Olive Oils are widely available these days. This is an Asian version, but DO NOT use Olive Oil. Flavourless Vegetable Oils, such as Canola Oil, are more suitable. This Oil is brilliant for stir-fries and fried rice, and also just a few drops of it add a fantastic flavour to Ramen Soup.

Ingredients

1 cup Vegetable Oil *e.g. Canola Oil, Sunflower Oil, etc.
2 Spring Onions *finely chopped
1 cloves Garlic *crushed

Method
  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over the low heat until slightly browned. Set aside for 5 minutes. Then filter through a sieve.
