Ingredients

1 serving Ramen Noodles
Finely chopped Spring Onion
Crispy Chilli Oil *OR Ground Chilli, Chilli Sauce, etc.

Soup
300ml Chicken Stock *OR 300ml Water and 1 teaspoon Asian Chicken Bouillon Powder
1 tablespoon Sake (Rice Wine) *optional
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1/2 teaspoon Salt *alter the amount depending on the saltiness of the stock
White Pepper
80g shelled Prawns *thawed if frozen
1/2 Tomato *cut into small pieces
1 large leaf Iceberg Lettuce *torn into bite-size pieces

Method
  1. Place Chicken Stock, Sake (Rice Wine) and Garlic in a saucepan, and bring to the boil. Season with Salt and White Pepper. *Note: You may wish to season with Soy Sauce OR Fish Sauce, etc.
  2. Meanwhile, cook Ramen Noodles according to the instruction on the package.
  3. Add Prawns to the boiling soup. When the Prawns changed colour, add Tomato and Lettuce, and bring back to the boil. And it’s done.
  4. Place some soup in a bowl, add drained Ramen Noodles, and cover with the remaining Soup. Add some Spring Onion and Crispy Chilli Oil, and enjoy.
