I have shared how to make ‘Strawberry Daifuku Mochi’ using Rice Paper on this website. Using the same ingredients, you can make this very ordinary style Rice Paper Rolls. Today I added firmly whipped Cream as well, but it is optional. You should eat it before the soft and rubbery texture of Rice Paper is lost.

Ingredients
2 sheets Rice Paper
2 Strawberries
4-6 tablespoons Sweet Azuki Paste *Tsubu-an
Firmly whipped Cream *slightly sweetened
Method
- Wash Strawberries and thinly slice them.
- Dip a sheet of Rice Paper into hot water (NOT boiling hot) and place it on a flat surface OR plate. Place 2-3 tablespoons Sweet Azuki Paste and some firmly whipped Cream on the Rice Paper as shown below.
- Arrange sliced Strawberry separately, and wrap it up.
- Repeat with remaining Rice Paper. Enjoy before the soft and rubbery texture of Rice Paper is lost.
