‘Ponzu’ is a super versatile sauce and it can be used as a salad dressing, too. I often add a small amount of Oil to it. Add Ginger (OR Garlic if you prefer), Onion and Toasted Sesame Seeds as well for extra flavours. Because I always have a bottle of ‘Ponzu’, this dressing is super easy to make. If you don’t have ‘Ponzu’, make ‘Quick & Easy Ponzu’.

Makes

About 90ml (4 to 6 Servings)

Ingredients

1/4 cup ‘Ponzu’ *OR make Quick & Easy ‘Ponzu’
1 tablespoon Oil *e.g. Sesame Oil, Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, etc.

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice *OR extra Rice Vinegar
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Method
  1. If you don’t have ‘Ponzu’, make Quick & Easy ‘Ponzu’ by mixing all the ingredients.
