If you have a mini toaster oven, this kind of Grilled Cheese Toast is easy to make. You can use your favourite sauce and add your favourite ingredients. Today I used Japanese Mayonnaise as sauce and add Sweet Corn Kernels. This is seriously delicious.

Ingredients

1 slice Bread *I used my ‘No-Knead Simple White Bread’
Japanese Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Sweet Corn Kernels *thawed if frozen
Salt & Pepper
Grated OR shredded Tasty Cheese *OR Cheese of your choice

Method

1. Spread some Japanese Mayonnaise over the slice of Bread.
   
2. Scatter Sweet Corn Kernels and sprinkle with Salt & Pepper.
   
3. Cover with Cheese, and toast OR grill until Cheese is melted and nicely browned.
