I am a big fan of ‘Spaghetti Aglio Olio Peperoncino’ (Garlic Chilli Olive Oil Spagetthi). This is another Spaghetti dish that I love so much. Absolutely quick & easy to cook, it fills me up, and as delicious as it can get.

1 Serving

Ingredients

1 serving Spaghetti *about 100g
Salt for cooking Spaghetti
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic *finely chopped
2 to 3 fillets Anchovy *chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Grated Parmesan
1 tablespoon chopped Parsley *OR add more
Black Pepper (OR Chilli)

Method
  1. Cook Spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instruction on the package.
  2. When Spaghetti are almost cooked, heat Olive Oil and Garlic in a frying pan over medium heat. When aromatic, add Anchovy, and stir. Anchovy can be cooked very quickly.
  3. Add cooked Spaghetti with some salted water that’s been cooking Spaghetti, add Lemon Juice, and stir to combine.
  4. Add some grated Parmesan, Parsley and ground Black Pepper, and enjoy. *Note: You may wish to add Salt, but probably you won’t need it.
