Ingredients

1 serving Spaghetti
Salt for cooking Spaghetti
125g Beef Mince
1/4 Onion *finely chopped
*Note: You can use 1 serving (about 140g) ‘Very Versatile Cooked Mince & Onion’
1 small clove Garlic *finely chopped
1/2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 can (200g) Diced Tomatoes OR Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Dried Italian Herb Mix
1/8 teaspoon Sugar
Salt & Black Pepper *I added 1/3 teaspoon Salt
Parmesan Cheese *optional

Method
  1. Cook Spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the instruction on the package.
  2. Heat Olive Oil in a small frying pan OR saucepan over medium heat, cook Onion and Garlic for a few minutes. Add Beef Mince and cook until Beef changes colour.
  3. Add Tomatoes, Herbs and Sugar, and bring to the simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened. Season with Salt and Black Pepper.
  4. Drained the cooked Spaghetti, add to the sauce, and mix to combine. Transfer to a serving plate, add some grated Parmesan and some extra ground Black Pepper if you like, and enjoy.
