When you need a ‘Otsumami’, a food to enjoy with alcoholic drinks, try this super easy salad. It takes only a few minutes to make it. It can be a nice side dish as well, but you need to double the amount as you would want to eat more.

Ingredients

1 Avocado *cut into small pieces
1 sheet Toasted Nori *torn into small pieces
1 tablespoon finely chopped Spring Onion *you can add more

Sauce
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Crispy Chilli Oil
1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
2 teaspoon Sesame Oil

Method
  1. Combine all the Sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add Avocado, Toasted Nori and Spring Onion to the Sauce, and mix to combine.
