If you like Coriander and Souther Eastern Asian cuisine, this salad might be a good side dish for your dinner OR BBQ. I believe this salad is delicious, but my family members don’t enjoy it. Some people have different taste receptors and they taste Coriander differently. My husband says Coriander tastes like soap. I taste Coriander beautifully refreshing.

I make something very similar where I add my home pickled Jerusalem artichoke (in more vinegar and salted water) which makes it yummm too.

Thank you, Aileen, for your comment. I have just googled to find out what Jerusalem artichoke is. I have never eaten it in my life, but I have seen it at a local green grocery store. I must try it!
