Mix everything together and drop tablespoonfuls into boiling stock to cook, then season the stock as you like. You can enjoy these nutritious Chicken Balls with delicious soup. You may wish to add some cooked noodles or rice to make this dish a filling meal.

400 to 500g Chicken Mince
1 small piece Ginger *grated
2 to 3 Spring Onions
1/2 Carrot
2 Shiitake
1 Egg
1 to 2 tablespoons Potato Starch
Salt & White Pepper
4 cups Dashi OR Chicken Stock

  1. Chop up the vegetables finely, and combine with Chicken Mince, grated Ginger, Egg and Salt & White Pepper. Mix well until well combined.
  2. Boil Dashi OR Chicken Stock. Using a tablespoon, drop the chicken mixture into the boiling stock and cook until cooked through. Season the soup as you like. *e.g. Salt & Pepper, Soy Sauce, etc.
