On a hot summer day, you don’t want to cook Pasta? Angel Hair Pasta (Capellini) can be cooked in 2-3 minutes. Cool the cooked pasta in cold water, and mix with the fiery sauce. Add plenty of refreshing salad vegetable and some protein, I added Roast Pork and Boiled Egg today. It’s spicy, sour, sweet and salty. You will love this dish.

Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the Sauce ingredients. You may wish to add more Gochujang.
- Before you start cooking Angel Hair Pasta, prepare all other ingredients. I recommend to cut them into strips, so that it would be easy to eat them with Angel Hair Pasta.

- Add the drained Pasta to the Sauce, mix to combine, add other ingredients, and mix to combine. Add some Crispy Chilli Oil (OR Chilli Sauce) for extra heat.
- *Note: You can arrange the ingredients on top, then pour the Sauce over before you eat.
