Edamame_Rice

One of my favourite rice dishes is ‘Green Peas Rice’ which can be enjoyed only in the season when I can get fresh peas just removed from pods. This ‘Edamame Rice’ used to be an alternative dish to me because Frozen Edamame are available any time, but now it is my another favourite rice dish. The crunchy Edamame in slightly salty rice taste fantastic.


Ingredients

Short Grain Rice
Edamame *beans removed from pods
Salt

Method
  1. Thaw Edamame if frozen, then remove beans from pods. Mix with freshly cooked rice and season with Salt.
