If you are looking for a quick and easy meal that you can use Hoisin Sauce, why don’t you try this one? Beef Mince is inexpensive and it can be cooked very quickly. I used Spring Onion because I always have it, but you can use other green vegetable. Choy Sum OR Bok Choy can be used. This dish tastes similar to ‘Mongolian Beef’.
