‘Kinako’ is finely ground Roasted Soy Beans and it is a very popular ingredient for Japanese sweets. The flavour of sweet and slaty ‘Kinako’ and Cinnamon make me quite nostalgic as it reminds me some famous Japanese sweets. Those sweets are too hard to make, but these cookies are easy.
