When I was a child, I hated Celery. I wish if I could have tried Australian Celery that are so juicy and delicious. When I needed another side dish for dinner on the other day, I made this salad. I simply mixed the sliced Celery and Ponzu. It was surprisingly tasty.

Ingredients
2 large stalks Celery
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Ponzu
*Note: If you don’t have ready-to-use Ponzu, use Rice Vinegar 1 tablespoon & Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Sesame Oil OR Olive Oil
Method
- Slice Celery stalks diagonally. Sprinkle Salt and massage, then rest for a while.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well, and set aside for ten minutes until Celery is well marinated.
