This is a good appetiser for parties or when entertaining friends. ‘Beef & Watercress’ is one of my favourite food combinations and I like to serve them with Wasabi & Ponzu sauce. But naturally you can serve with a dipping sauce of your choice. Roast Beef needs to be sliced very thinly. I recommend to chill or even half freeze the roast before slicing. This time, I bought these slices from a deli.


Ingredients

Thinly Sliced Roast Beef
Watercress
‘Ponzu’
Wasabi Paste

Method
  1. Place springs of watercress on a thin slice of Roast Beef and roll up. Serve on a platter with a dipping sauce.
