This is a perfect dish for your weekend branch or any day’s meal. Very simple scrambled Eggs can be cooked in a few minutes. The super easy Cheesy White Sauce makes it extra special. Quick & Easy & Delicious & Nutritious!

Ingredients
4 Eggs
1 tablespoon Cream OR Milk
Salt & Pepper
10g Butter
Chopped Parsley
Bacon *optional
Cheesy White Sauce
10g Butter
1 tablespoon (10g) Plain Flour
1/2 cup Milk
2 tablespoons grated Tasty Cheese (Cheddar Cheese) *OR 1 Slice Cheese torn into small pieces
Salt & Pepper
Method
- Make Cheesy White Sauce. Melt Butter in a small saucepan over medium low heat, add Flour and stir. Add Milk, bring to the boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add Cheese and season with Salt and Black Pepper.
- Whisk Eggs in a bowl, add Cream (OR Milk), and season with Salt & Pepper. Melt Butter in a frying pan over medium heat, and cook Scrambled Eggs.
- Place Scrambled Eggs on a serving plate, pour the sauce, and sprinkle with Black Pepper, Parsley and Bacon (*optional). *Note: Today I cooked coarsely chopped Bacon before cooking Eggs. You should clean the pan before cooking Eggs.
