When I make ‘My Family’s Yakiniku Sauce’, I always make a large amount, because ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce is very versatile and can be used for many dishes. It is best to use for seasoning stir-fry Meat & Vegetable, but it is a perfect sauce to season fried rice, too. You only need ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce, and nothing else.

Makes

1 Serving

Ingredients

80g thinly sliced Beef OR Pork *cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 tablespoon Oil
1 Egg *lightly whisked
1 Spring Onion *finely chopped
1 serving Cooked Rice *about 180g, warmed
2 tablespoons ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce *alter the amount

Method
  1. Add Oil to the heated frying pan over medium high heat, cook thinly sliced Beef (OR Pork) until nicely browned. Make a room and cook Egg.
  2. Add Spring Onion and warmed Cooked Rice, and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add ‘Yakiniku’ Sauce and mix well to combine.
