Yakisoba is a very similar to Chinese stir fried noodles, but it is commonly seasoned with ‘Yakisoba Sauce’ which tastes like Worcestershire Sauce. Yakisoba Sauce is available from many Asian grocery stores, but you can make your own Yakisoba Sauce. Today I added Curry Powder, that goes well with this sauce.
