Do you need one more dish for your family dinner? I often make a Tuna & Mayonnaise salad. I most frequently use Cucumber for it, but today I used Carrots. If you have a vegetable slicer, it would be super quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

2 to 3 Carrots *about 300g
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 can (95g) Tuna *drained, I used Tuna in Springwater
1/6 to 1/4 Red Onion *thinly sliced
4 to 5 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
Ground Pepper as required

Method
  1. Cut Carrots into thin strips. It would be easy if you use a vegetable slicer. Add Salt, mix well, then set aside for 10 minutes. Discard water that comes out of Carrots.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
