My husband’s aunt told me about her amazing discovery of Asian Fried Noodle Salad. She even gave me a bag of the fried noodles. The recipe was on the bag of the noodles but I found it too sweet. So I create my own dressing for the salad. I used a bag of ready-to eat coleslaw vegetable mix. Those vegetable bags are great help when I am very busy.
Coleslaw Salad Mix 400g bag
Fried Noodles 100g bag
*Note: I added extra sliced Spring Onions.
Sugar 2 tablespoon
Rice Vinegar 4 tablespoons
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mix Coleslaw and Fried Noodles in a large serving bowl.
- Combine all the Dressing Ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Just before serve, pour over the dressing and mix everything to combine.
