This Cinnamon Crumble is not only for Apple Crumble. It can be used for the topping for a variety of Cakes, Pies and Slices. You can actually bake this Crumble only and add it to Ice Cream, Creamy Dessert, Stewed Fruit, Custard, etc.
50g Butter *softened
3-4 tablespoons Caster Sugar
*Note: You can replace 1 tablespoon of Caster Sugar with Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Self-Raising Flour
1 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 160℃. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place softened Butter in a bowl, add all dry ingredients, and mix well to form crumble.
- Scatter the crumble on the prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely and crumble as required.
