Our next-door neighbours, Mr. & Mrs. Taylor, planted some Passionfruit along the fence some years ago. The passionfruit plants have grown so well, even over our trees and bushes. They must be looking after the plants incredibly well, as we have been harvesting lots and lots of purple passionfruit this year. Aren’t we lucky?
1 cup Pure Icing Sugar
2 tablespoons Passionfruit Pulp
- Just mix well until smooth. For a large cake, You might need to double the amounts.
- *Note: Do not put on this icing on the cake that is still hot OR warm, as it will melt and run off.
