Many people bake sweet cookies and biscuits at home. How about savoury biscuits? These biscuits are easy to make. Once it is rolled out into a thin sheet, cut it into sticks, squares or any shapes you like. It can be a great family activity, too.

Ingredients

1 cup Plain Flour
1 teaspoon Caster Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Grated Parmesan *I used Dry type.
Chilli OR Pepper *optional
30g melted Butter *OR 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 to 5 tablespoons Milk OR Water

Method
  1. Combine Plain Flour, Sugar, Salt and grated Parmesan in a bowl. You may wish to add some Chilli OR Pepper as well. Add melted Butter (OR Olive Oil) and Milk (OR Water), and knead to form a stiff dough. Wrap with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 3-4mm thin. Then cut into sticks, squares or your favourite shapes.
  3. Line a large baking tray (OR 2 baking trays) with baking paper, spread the pieces, and bake in the pre-heated oven at 170℃ for 15 to 20 minutes OR until golden. Cool completely on a wired rack.

  4. Enjoy as they are, or with Cheese and Dips.
