Scrambled Egg is easy to cook. If you add some other ingredients, it can be a great dish that is more nutritious. However, we can’t be bothered to wash and chop up veggies sometimes. Let me suggest you an easiest yet nutritious ingredient that you can add to your Scrambled Egg, and it is a sheet of Nori!
2 Eggs *lightly whisked
1 pinch Sugar OR 1/2 teaspoon Mirin *optional
1/2 tablespoon Oil
1 sheet Nori (Seaweed Sheet) *torn into small pieces
Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce OR other sauce of your choice
- Heat Oil in a frying pan over medium to hight heat, cook Eggs. When half cooked, add Nori pieces and combine.
- Drizzle some sauce over and enjoy. *Note: I added some chopped Spring Onion on top.
